Sun Sets On NMRA Season

The NMRA’s annual World Finals at the scenic Beech Bend Raceway Park in Bowling Green, Kentucky is the largest all-Ford drag racing event in the country, drawing record crowds and racers from all corners of the nation. This year’s event didn’t disappoint, with new national records set in several categories and exciting championship battles that came down to Sunday’s final eliminations. The Beech Bend facility is always a great venue for nice photos with nice light in the afternoon and evening, and races such as the World Finals just add to the photo-ops with large crowds lining the fence in the background: always a plus in any motorsports photo. These are but a few of the images captured over the weekend.
